What time is check-in and check-out?: 12.00 midday (if you need a late check-out and depending on availability, we will do all we can to accommodate you).
Can I check out late?: No, but it is possible, if rooms are available and by consulting our staff at Reception in advance.
Can I choose the type of beds in my bedroom? (double bed – two beds): Yes, we have rooms with a double bed and with 2 or 3 beds.
Do the bedrooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?: Yes. We have rooms with a terrace on the top floor.
Are there non-smoking bedrooms?: Yes. We would ask you to place a request in advance.
How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?: The hotel has 5 floors – There is a lift.
Is there air conditioning in the bedrooms? It is on all year round?: Yes. All the rooms are fitted with air-conditioning and it works all year round.
Is your hotel adapted for the disabled?: No.
Can you look after my luggage when I check out of the bedroom?: Yes, we offer a left luggage free service.
Where can I park my car in a safe place? How much does it cost?: Descalzas car park 50m away – approximately €25 per day (2010).
